• How can I book an individual lesson with Eric?

    Eric is not available for in person coaching at this time. He coaches exclusively online through www.cogornogolf.com. We would love to have you as a member!

    Membership includes monthly swing feedback from Eric and our coaches. The coaches give you specific feedback and build you a custom practice plan. Everything you need to improve!

  • Are these all the same videos that are on the YouTube channel?

    No. There are 200+ original videos along with all of the Master Classes and regularly updated membership-only videos. We do incorporate portions of our YouTube videos to compliment the curriculum and training as needed.

  • How do I send in a swing?

    Once you’ve signed up as a member of cogornogolf.com you will receive an email with instructions.

  • How often can I post my swings for review?

    With a standard premium membership, you are able to post your swings for coach feedback once every 30 days. You can ask questions of the coaches at any time!

    We do have upgrade options where you can get more frequent swing feedback. Please see the following FAQ below for more details.

  • Can I upgrade to take more than one online swing lesson per month?

    Once you become a Cogorno Golf paying member you'll have the ability to purchase additional online swing feedback lessons per month. You can upgrade to a total of 2, 3, or 4 lessons per month. Visit the 'My Account' section of your member profile to upgrade to additional swing feedback lessons per month.

  • How do I get into the Cogorno Golf Facebook group?

    You must first be a paid member of cogornogolf.com. Once you’ve joined the site, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to get access to the group.

  • What if I’m not on Facebook?

    We have another alternative to provide swing feedback if you do not want to use Facebook. Please email service@cogornogolf.com and we will get you set up!

  • Can I post someone else’s swing on my account?

    No.

  • Once a membership has been started, can I get a refund?

    Refunds are not available, however your membership can be cancelled at any time which will stop your account from being charged for the upcoming monthly or yearly cycle.

  • Can I pause my account?

    Yes. Please conact SERVICE@COGORNOGOLF.COM or use the form below for assistance.

  • Can multiple people join under one account?

    No.

  • How do I change my billing information?

    Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner to access your account. Select BILLING from the menu. You can update your information on that page

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner to access your account. Select BILLING from the menu You will see the SUBSCRIPTIONS area on that page. You can simply click the CANCEL button to end your membership.
